Most neck and back problems are a result of poor posture, degenerative disease, injury / trauma or lack of muscle tone and core strength. All this may effect mobility and function which will cause pain, stiffness and decreased activity. Examples of common neck and back problems include degenerative conditions such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, herniated, ruptured discs, nerve root impingement, scoliosis-curvature of the spine and general everyday stress which may cause neck and back muscles to become tense and painful.

Professional clinical experience via assessment of your condition, combined with a variety of evidence based treatment techniques enable you to have an individual customised treatment plan to optimise your recovery. This may include some or all of the following:

Physiotherapy, hydrotherapy, core strengthening and clinical pilates combined with home exercise.

Initial consultation and treatment 1 hour duration.

Subsequent consultation and treatment 45 minutes duration.
